Communication is one of the most important skills to succeed in today's business world. In this video, I (a former Bain & Company Manager) will share the most important communication tactic that you can apply in all types of communication settings - "The Rule of Three". The Rule of 3 states that ideas presented in threes are more interesting, effective, and memorable for your audience as opposed to any other number. Lists of threes are catchy and memorable. The biggest advantage of this rule is that you can apply it in so many situations, updating your supervisor, sharing recommendations or initiatives, and presenting next steps. Every time you present a list of things or ideas, apply the rule of three.
