2-3 lb chicken thighs
Marinade Ingredients
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
5 tablespoons honey
5 cloves garlic minced or grated
1 tablespoon fresh ginger finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil or oil of your choice
1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce I use 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon sea salt + 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons cilantro
For Glaze
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
