O Issued the disputed bill due to the meter tempering so the Electric Inspector have Jurisdiction Instead of Civil court but the Lower courts decree the suit of the respondent, High court set aside the orders of below courts and Disposed off.

O Dismissed the suit who’s was not using the remedy of Electric Inspector and allowed the petition of the remaining petitioners.
Ground-1 :- Shall we pay whole amount mentioned in the disputed bill.
