My first PSA submission from GameStop came back! (Pikachu SIR from SSP!!!)

Definitely disappointed with the nidoking grade but can't be too mad at the pikachu or any of the others for that matter. I'm new to content creation so any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!

What are your thoughts on PSA? Do you think they are fair in their grading or are they inconsistent? Do you believe in POP control?
