The state races ahead as the top manufacturer of two-wheelers and has 36 big auto players, such as Ashok Leyland, Hero Motors, Isuzu Motors India, and Kia Motors. In fact, Anantapur hosts Kia's sole Indian plant, producing 300,000 units yearly!

With six major ports, it's a hub for petrochemical giants like ONGC, Indian Oil, HP, and Bharat Petroleum.

Also, the first shipyard, Hindustan Shipyard, builds and repairs Navy ships and submarines.

And all of this makes Andhra Pradesh's economy worth 178 billion dollars!
