Sennheiser MKE600 || Battery vs. Phantom Power

Описание к видео Sennheiser MKE600 || Battery vs. Phantom Power

The Sennheiser MKE600 is an affordable super cardioid shotgun microphone that can be operated on a single AA battery if there's no phantom power available. This feature enables the microphone to grow alongside content creators and filmmakers as they grow from a DSLR or Mirrorless camera and acquire more advanced video and sound recording equipment.

In this video we'll try this microphone outdoors as an on camera mic before we head into the studio to use it as - boomed for dialogue, as a podcast and voice over microphone.

The microphone is recorded to my Fujifilm X-T4 with the Rode Wireless Go II (when used on battery)
For the phantom power samples the microphone is powered with the Mindprint Di-Port preamp and a line signal from the preamp is feed to the Fujifilm X-T4.

I did notice a slight issue with my RODE NT-3 as it generated a noise that shouldn't have been there. I still decided to include those samples in the video.

The following microphones is included in the comparison:
* Rode NT-3
* Oktava MK 012-01
* Rode VideoMicro
* Internal microphones of my Fujifilm X-T4
