(1868) Review: PACLOCK Hitch Locks (Approved!)

In video 1868 I'll review the new PACLOCK hitch locks, the UCS-80A and the UCS-80S, as well as the different pins available. PACLOCK also updated the UCS cores, now guaranteed to NOT be overliftable. Of course, I had to go through a little "learning curve", so be a little patient...
