"Chasing Cerdo Asado: Our pursuit of delicious roasted pork takes us on a Cuban journey. We saw stalls selling cerdo asado when we were riding on the buses, but we could never stop to buy it. When we reached Santiago de Cuba, we hired a private car to get to a town that sells Cerdo Asado only to find that it is sold whole and pricey. A taste of Cuba's essence proves more challenging than expected."
