Fetal Anencephaly - Neural Tube Defect || Ultrasound || Case 109

Clinical Features:
A young gravid patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 6 months
- No fetal movement for 3 days
- No h/o antenatal check-up

Ultrasound Features:
- No fetal cardiac pulsation.
- Absent cranial vault.
- Neural tissue above the orbit is eroded. The remaining surface appears irregular due to area cerebrovasculosa.
- Proptotic eyes.
- Mildly increased amniotic fluid.
