External GPU Issues USB 2.0 vs. 3.0 Cable on Lenovo Tiny - 1236

In this video I try to improve on my Tiny Lenovo PC with external GPU (or just an external PCI-e card) setup. It does kind of fail, but nevertheless we learn a little bit,, and that is kind of a win.
