Added UDP port to AG Open PANDA, to free the GPS receiver to be located anywhere on the tractor. Also allows the quick swap out of different GPS receivers using UDP or Wifi.

Big thanks to Tony for the simplified UDP port version that i used to learn to code a new Port instance in the main PANDA file.

The Trimble was great in open areas but had trouble in trees..... it needs a Galileo and Beidou unlock $$$$$$$$$$$, I think not. But still great results, if they did not sell you a half functional receiver every time, then extort you with unlocks, I might actually keep using it.
