We started our day at the Sequoia Hotel Pasay, waking up to a serene morning filled with quiet reflections and setting New Year’s resolutions. It’s the perfect way to start the year, especially for Christian homemakers who want to infuse faith and intention into their routines. I also took some time to journal and thank God for the blessings of the past year while enjoying a warm breakfast with my family.

Our adventure continued with a visit to the magical Okada Christmas Village! This vibrant and festive spot is a must-see for families during the holiday season. With its twinkling lights and beautiful decor, it’s a wonderful reminder of the joy and wonder that the Christmas spirit brings, even as we transition into the New Year. This part of the day highlights the charm of a "Pinoy New Year celebration" where family and faith come together.

For dinner, we indulged in a grand feast at Vikings Buffet, enjoying a delicious spread perfect for our Media Noche traditions. This is where Filipino homemaking shines, as the focus on good food and meaningful conversations around the table strengthens bonds and creates lasting memories.

As the evening unfolded, we returned to the hotel to play family games and share what we were most grateful for in 2024. The countdown was magical, with 2025 fireworks lighting up the sky as we hugged, cheered, and prayed together. These moments captured the essence of a "young mom’s life" and the joy of celebrating the "day in the life of a young mother in the Philippines."
