2 Ingredient Egg White Wraps With NO Egg White Powder! PSMF High Protein, Zero Carbs

To make them WITH Egg White powder here is Kelly's ‪@myzerocarblife‬ recipe link:
   • Homemade Egg-White Wraps  

I made them with:
1 c egg whites (fresh or carton egg whites)
3 tbsp gelatin
Everything else is optional! Salt, cinnamon, vanilla powder etc!

Sprinkle gelatin over the egg whites poke them a bit for about a minute. Then mix until it looks like pancake batter.
Meanwhile heat a crepe pan or other skillet on medium heat with fat of some kind. When nice and hot spoon in some of the batter. Make your wraps whatever size you prefer, I usually get 3 full size wraps.
Let the batter cook until you can see bubbles come up and then carefully flip them over and cook a bit longer.
Use them as wraps, noodles, chips, lasagna sheets and so on.
