Waterman Phileas Fountain Pen Review 2021

This fountain pen was a gift from a viewer I call "Enigma Bill". It went on quite a journey to get to me as well. I found this fountain pen quite intriguing and go into some of the history of this entry-level pen from Waterman. I talk about the parts and features of the pen, provide some size comparisons and measurements, and then do a writing sample.
