ENDLESS BUFFS!! ...is Phastos a perfect fit or a fail??

Phastos is Marvel Snap's newest cards, and he's been one of the most anticipated cards of the month. Does he live up to the hype in a greedy Silver Surfer deck?

Power Estimate: This deck had a positive win rate for me at 56%, but I can't say it felt especially smooth to play. Phastos seemed good when played on turn 3, but really suffered any time he was drawn or played later, which gives me concerns about his viability in general. If he isn't perfect for a deck that should utilize him so well, how does he fare elsewhere? We'll need to see more decks and data to know for sure.
