Folding Grass Forks
• Designed for use by agri contractors on large artic loaders.
• Heavy duty construction using structural hollow sections and plates.
• Available in 3.675m (12ft), 3.986m (13ft), 4.235m (14ft) and 4.88m (16ft)
• 50mm Hardox steel by 1.525m (5ft) tines used in bottom bar for long service life.
• 60mm pivot point pin fitted with replaceable bushings.
• Hardened cutting edge full length of bottom section.
• Fitted with Hydraulic accumulator and ram cushioning as standard.
• Side wings can be locked in closed position for transport.
• Double acting hydraulic ram on each wing.
• Bushings and grease points on all pivot points.

Our range of folding grass forks can be fitted with additional extras.

Light kit - This consists of front facing amber strobe lights and rear facing tail lights. These highlight the outer extents of the fork when folded up for safety while being transported on the road.

Z-Linkage cut out - Z-linkage cut out in spill frame for loaders fitted with Z-bar linkage.

Extra side tines- our forks can be fitted with a two side tines, either welded HARDOX tines or removable round tines.

Extra hydraulic service- Our fork can be fitted with an additional hydraulic service allowing each wing to be folded up independently.

As standard- all our forks come fitted with:
-Hydraulic accumulator
-Ram cushioning
-Hardened cutting edge full length of bottom section
-Replaceable hardened bushings on main hinge point
-Reflective strips on outer wing.
-Adjustable top spill frame – If working where height is limited (ie. in a shed). This allows the user to either fold the spill frame down 90 degrees or remove the top frame completely.
