Wolf Struggles | How To Survive The Long Dark

Wolf Struggles can be a scary component of The Long Dark, which can end your run if you're not careful. In this video, I discuss how to survive wolf struggles as well as the different weapon choices you have for them. There are two basic categories, ones that scare wolves and ones that will potentially kill them. In the Scare category, we have the Hammer and Prybar, and in the Kill category, we have the hatchet, knife, and revolver. The Hammer is the best in the Scare category, and arguably the Hatchet is the safest in the kill category, though it could be argued there's no definitive 'best' here.

Wolf struggles can be run enders, but they don't have to be. Selecting the right weapon is a big component of winning, depending on what your goals are. Good luck out there!
