air fryer onion bhajis

Air Fryer onion bhajis using minimum sprays of oil. Mostly cupboard ingredients and could be made with peppers in a similar way.
Note - the mix was a little too wet, I had my frying head on and it would have been perfect for frying, but it tends to spread out in the air fryer, so you need to make it thicker so it holds up better. Doesn't takeaway from the flavour , just gives a better shape.
