This work package will address a new proposed transformation module dealing with resilience and anti-fragility of universities. Anti-fragility is beyond resilience, it is a property of systems to thrive as a result of shocks, volatility, faults, attacks, or failures. WP will tackle key interventions for the increase of universities anti-fragility that have been identified during the preparation of the proposal - establishment of the new permanent anti- fragility think-tank, digital transformation, remote work and remotization of infrastructure, human capital and greening of R&I practices. These key aspects were selected on the basis of internal discussions of the RDI subcommittee and project preparation team as they could lead to quick wins (high impact, easily implemented) with long-term value.
