Milton Ager and Jack Yellen wrote “Happy Feet” for the 1930 film “King of Jazz,” a revue-style movie starring Paul Whiteman and his orchestra. This hot number gets a swinging treatment in the movie by the Rhythm Boys (Harry Barris, Al Rinker, and a young Bing Crosby).
