Ingredients 😋

1/2 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar 🍬
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon 🫚
2/3 Cup Sugar 🍬
1/2 Cup Softened Butter 🧈
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 🧂
2 Eggs 🥚
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 🍦
1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour 🌾
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 🌾
1/2 Cup Milk 🥛
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream 🍦
1 1/2 - 2 Cups Chopped Apples (about 2 medium apples) 🍏🍎


Pre-heat Oven to 350 degrees, and spray a 9x5 bread pan with non-stick spray.

Mix together Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. Set aside.

In a bowl, using a hand mixer, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla, cream till combined.

Now gently stir in flour, salt, baking powder. Add in milk and sour cream. Stir gently until all dries are wet.

Add half of batter to bread pan. Top with apples, gently pressing into batter. Top with half the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Add last half of batter on top. Top with apples, pressing in, then top with remaining cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for 50-60 min in a 350 degree oven. It's done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool 10 m6then remove from pan. Let bread completely cool before cutting.

Optional, top with Ice Cream and Apple Pie Filling 🥧
