Today's Recipe
Oyakodon with Rice

Ingredients:
200gm chicken (boneless), cut into bite-size pieces
2 eggs
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
150ml chicken stock
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar
4 tbsp spring onion greens


Method:
1. Beat 2 whole eggs in a bowl and keep aside
2. Add salt, pepper to the chicken and let it marinate for few minutes
3. Heat oil in a pan and the marinated chicken and cook well on both side
4. Once the chicken is cooked add thinly sliced onions, cook till translucent.
5. Add chicken stock, soya sauce, rice vinegar mix well and cook down the mixture
6. Add spring onion greens and the beaten egg mixture, cook on low heat for 4-5 min till egg until the egg reaches your desired doneness.
7. Serve over rice and enjoy.
