The Biden administration is “scared” for the president’s record going up against former US president Donald Trump, Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer says.

“The American people for the first time in a hundred years will have the ability to vote on two presidents and their records,” Mr Spicer said.

“The Biden campaign is scared, you know what, to have to deal with that.”
