陕西省西安市的鄠邑区，以前叫做户县，1937年这里就建立机场。在老机场的周围有很多烤肉店很有名，烤羊肉论斤卖，配洋葱甜面酱吃肉，还有免费的鲜美羊汤，最特色的是当地农家妇女做的手擀户县软面，又薄又筋道的宽面满满一盆，地道的陕西关中口味。这些机场烤肉店搬迁之前，夏天的夜晚甚至能一边吃烤肉，一边看飞机的起降，是很多人的回忆。阿星用盆吃面，就蒜吃更美味。
