Ingredients

Filling:
1/2 Cup Confection sugar
7 oz or 1/2 jar cookie butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 8oz cream cheese softened
1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Crust:
4 Tbsp butter melted
2 packs Biscoff cookies 16 cookies

Toping:
2 packs of Biscoff cookies 16 cookies
Additional cookie butter I used a 3/4 of a 14oz jar

Make crust and let refrigerate for 1 hr. Make filling and mix until soft peaks form. Add filling to pan and let it chill overnight for best results. Prior to decorating place cheesecake in freezer for an hour. Decorate and place in fridge if cheesecake has become softened to reset.
