Stihl concrete saw TS 420 engine ASSEMBLY

After cleaning all parts the STIHL TS 420 concrete blade saw can be assembled. The assembly starts with mounting of the two crank shaft bearings and the crank shaft into the engine cases. You can do this in several ways and course of actions so my way is just one of them. After the cases are being screwed together the piston, piston rings and cylinder follow. With the cylinder mounted the whole engine kind of part gets married with the tank part. But before its a good idea to mount the carburettor rubbers because now we have good access to it and it is way easier. Dont make your life harder than necessary :-)
