This is salted butter at room temperature (around 68 degrees F). Air pressure was at 100 PSI and the bucket was emptied in less than 2 minutes and 10 seconds, while maintaining the consistency and quality of the butter. It achieved 98% evacuation. Following tests acheived 99% after adjusting air pressure in the pneumatic ram.
