An Underrated $30 Casio Watch: Compass, Thermometer, Worldtime SGW600H

Today I review a highly underrated watch from one of the many sweet spots in the current Casio line up. The SGW600H is not only amazingly priced at around $30, but it boasts all of your typical digital watch complications, as well as world time, a compass, and even a thermometer too! Priced only slightly more than the iconic Databank CA53W-1, and World Time AE1200WHD-1A, and cheaper than the G-Shock DW5600, why has this watch been so overlooked?

As Casio continue to develop their proprietary sensor technology and smart watches further, many of these massively functional and affordable older models and modules continue to become available. Whether you are exploring remote international locales or adventuring in the urban jungle, this watch makes for one hell of a compelling value proposition, as a navigational and essential survival tool.
