Following the MARCH algorithm set by the CoTCCC, when you get the to "C" portion you are assessing and treating CIRCULATION. One of the objectives here is to assess the effectiveness of any tourniquet applied and to readjust as needed for any changes at hand.

This video runs through the basics for assessing a tourniquet and what adjustments you should make. Remember that any medical intervention you make should be followed up by a reassessment to make sure it is doing what you want it to do.
