Melt away tension and ignite inner strength in just 20 minutes today on the mat with me. We will flow slowly and mindfully, allowing us to tune in and connect with the breath as we move. Holding stretches to melt as muscular and mental tension, and bringing us into a peaceful present state of mind. This sequence is the perfect daily flow for a quick and effective way to release tension and build strength through balancing postures and vinyasa sequencing using planks, chaturanga, dolphin and headstand (if it's in your practice). I truly hope this new sequence leaves you feeling just as energized, present and focused as it made me feel. ENJOY!
