നിര്‍ദ്ധന കുടിയേറ്റ കര്‍ഷക കുടുംബത്തില്‍ ജനിച്ചു കോടികള്‍ മൂല്യം വരുന്ന സംരംഭക ലോകം വെട്ടിപ്പിടിച്ച മലബാറുകാരന്‍; കെ. എം. റോയ്. LLB ക്കും LLM നും ഉയര്‍ന്ന മാര്‍ക്കും റാങ്കും നേടിയിട്ടും മലപ്പുറം സ്വദേശിയായ കെ. എം റോയ് എന്ന ജൂനിയര്‍ അഭിഭാഷകന് ഓണത്തിനും വിഷുവിനും കിട്ടിയത് 500 രൂപ മാത്രം. നിത്യവൃത്തിക്ക് പണമില്ലാതിരുന്നിട്ടും സുഹൃത്തുമൊന്നിച്ച് കോഴിക്കോട് നഗരത്തില്‍ അഭിഭാഷക ഓഫീസ് തുറന്നു. ജില്ലാകോടതിയില്‍ കൈനിറയെ കേസുകള്‍. നേടിയത് മികച്ച വരുമാനം. പിന്നാലെ ബിസിനസ് രംഗത്തേക്ക്. റിയല്‍ എസ്റ്റേറ്റില്‍ ലക്ഷങ്ങളുടെ പ്രോപ്പര്‍ട്ടികള്‍ വാങ്ങികൂട്ടി. ഏക്കറുകളില്‍ കൃഷിഭൂമി ഡെവലെപ്പ് ചെയ്ത് വന്‍ വരുമാനം കൊയ്തു. വയനാട് ബാണാസുര സാഗര്‍ ഡാമിനു സമീപത്ത് മൂന്ന് സൈഡും വാട്ടര്‍ ഫ്രണ്ടേജായി അരയാല്‍ ലെക്ഷ്യുറി റിസോര്‍ട്ട് നിര്‍മിച്ചു. സംരംഭകര്‍ക്കിടയിലെ നിറസാന്നിധ്യമായി. 30 ആഡംബര കോട്ടേജുകളുള്ള റിസോര്‍ട്ട് ഇന്ന് മേഖലയിലെ നമ്പർ വണ്ണാണ്. സംരംഭകത്വത്തിലെ വൈവിധ്യം തേടിയായിരുന്നു പിന്നീടുള്ള റോയിയുടെ യാത്ര. കോഴിക്കോട് നഗര മധ്യത്തില്‍ സ്റ്റഡി എബ്രോഡ് കണ്‍സള്‍ട്ടൻസി ആന്റ് ലാംഗ്വേജ് ഇന്‍സ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് തുറന്നു. ലോക രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മികച്ച സര്‍വീസും ഒപ്പം, ജര്‍മനിയില്‍ സ്റ്റൈപ്പന്റോടെ പഠിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരവും റോയ് തുറന്നു. ഭാഷാ പരിജ്ഞാനമില്ലാത്തവര്‍ക്ക് ജര്‍മന്‍ പഠിക്കാന്‍ ലോകോത്തര അധ്യാപകരെ നിയമിച്ച് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്കു തുടക്കവുമിട്ടു റോയ്. അഭിഭാഷക മേഖലയിലും സംരംഭക മേഖലയിലും കോടികളുടെ മൂല്യമുണ്ട് കെ. എം റോയ് എന്ന സംരഭകന്.

K. M. Roy, born in a lower middle class migrant farming family, the Malabar man who made a fortune in the entrepreneurial world worth crores. Despite securing high marks and ranks for LLB and LLM, K.M. Roy, a junior lawyer, got only 500 rupees for Onam and Vishu. As there was no money for daily expenses, he joined with friend and opened a lawyer's office in the city of Kozhikode. Eventually, they were able to get many cases in the District Court and started earning a good income. Then he turned into business. He bought properties worth lakhs in real estate, cultivated acres and reaped a huge income. He then built Arayal Luxury Resorts, with three sides of water frontage near Banasura Sagar Dam in Wayanad and became a popular presence among entrepreneurs. The resort with 30 cottages and stunning views, is now number one in it's area. Later Roy's journey was to seek diversity in entrepreneurship. He wanted to bring a positive change in people's lives and started a Study Abroad Consultancy and Language Institute in Kozhikode's city center. Along with excellent services to educational institutions in countries around the world, Roy also brought the opportunity to study in Germany with a stipend for students. Roy initiated educational changes by appointing world-class teachers to teach German to those without language skills. K M Roy, an entrepreneur, is worth crores in the legal field and in the entrepreneurial field.
