We are going to use MatrixGestureDetector Flutter package which allows us to pan, scale/ zoom & rotate widgets to overcome the shortcomings of Flutter's Draggable & GestureDetector widgets, which lack the ability to scale and rotate. However, it would require us to modify the MatrixGestureDetector package to achieve the drag and drop features.

This tutorial will help you in creating one of Instagram's most used features like adding text, emojis, stickers, gif, location on top of story image with the ability to transform them.
