This lesson is the most important of all my lessons as your breath is so crucial to playing well & with ease. Your nose is the secret valve that keeps your air control balanced.
If you can spend 3-5min a day just practicing these exercises your playing will get so smooth and effortless.

I created backing tracks on my Patreon page so it is easy to practice.
There are two backing tracks for the exhale exercises In Key C (1-finger picking 2-strumming).
Also two backing tracks for the inhale exercise In key G (1-finger picking 2-strumming).
There is also two backing tracks with a fun groove in Dminor for the third exercise.
Playing with a backing track gives you the feeling of jamming so one day when someone pulls out a guitar your ready to have fun!
