Slightly Rundown Small Town Highschool || Sims 4 Speed Build || LIGHT CC

Hey guys! This one is recorded a little differently, it's more of a reverse speedbuild. I recorded this way because this build took me all week to do, and the final recording turned out over an hour long after editing. So this cuts it down a bit, hopefully it's still enjoyable this way!
i used very little CC, and its all linked in the patreon post.
