Confession time. I have absolutely no musical hearing. I'm tone deaf and I don't have any sense of rhythm, so this was very hard for me to make and in the end, all the clips still don't match the beats. But this song just screams Cersei to me, so I had to use it. And I wanted to do something for Cersei or Cersei/Jaime ever since that rape scene. Really, Cersei would never put up with this shit from Jaime. Part of the reason she loves him is that he was the only one who ever gave her respect even while knowing all of her and her ambitions, as opposed to other Westerosi men who only respected her if she played the pliant wife, the dutiful queen, and thought that they somehow had rights to her body. And Jaime Lannister, the character who abhors rape like no other male character, who respects women more than any other male character, who executes rapists in the books, is a rapist now on the show. The show has fucked up the Lannister characterisations so bad that it's just depressing and I live in denial.
