এই মরুভূমির আয়তন প্রায় ১২ লক্ষ ৯৫ হাজার বর্গ কিলোমিটার
যার উত্তরে রয়েছে চীন এবং দক্ষিণাংশে মঙ্গোলিয়ার বিশাল অংশ জুড়ে বিস্তৃ ।
গোবি মরুভূমি বিশ্বের অন্যান্য মরুভূমির চেয়ে একটু আলাদা।
কারণ এই মরুভূমিতে তুলনামূলক ভাবে বালু-কণার চেয়ে পাথরের সংখ্যাটাই বেশি হয়ে থাকে।
সবচেয়ে অবাক করা বিষয় হচ্ছে ,
এই মরুভূমির বুকে ৩৩টির মতো ছোট-ছোট মরুভূমি রয়েছে,
যার প্রতিটিতে রয়েছে নিজস্ব নিখুঁত এবং প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্যের সমারহ ।
এখানে রয়েছে আমাদের মঙ্গল গ্রহের মতো লালচে মাটি
এবং উটের পিঠে ভ্রমন , আপনাকে নিয়ে যাবে অন্য এক উচ্চতায় ।
এটি আরবের উষ্ণ মরু অঞ্চল গুলোর মধ্যে অন্যতম একটি ।

The area of this desert is about 12 lakh 95 thousand square kilometers
It extends over large parts of China to the north and Mongolia to the south.
The Gobi desert is a little different from other deserts in the world.
Because in this desert the number of stones is comparatively more than sand particles.
The most surprising thing is,
There are as many as 33 small deserts within this desert.
Each of which has its own perfect and natural beauty.
Here we have red soil like our planet Mars
And the camel ride will take you to another height.
