Expansion Waves — Lesson 4

Описание к видео Expansion Waves — Lesson 4

This video lesson describes the expansion waves that occur when a supersonic flow over an object encounters a convex corner, turning the flow away from itself into an expanding region. In contrast to an oblique shock wave, the Mach number of the flow increases and the static properties decrease. This lesson is part of the Ansys Innovation Course: Shock–Expansion Theory.
