The voice actors for most of these clips are unknown! However, the voice actors for Tsumugi's many cosplays are the same as the character she's cosplaying as.
Unfortunately, I cannot be bothered to list them all here.

Since the original channel that has these was deleted, I'm taking it upon myself to reupload some compilations of all the V3 English voices, since people found them helpful

Here are the rest of the various voice files from Danganronpa V3 that I'm uploading as a single video so that if anybody needs them for some reason, they have access to it.

We have the unidentified voices from the funeral flashback,
Kaito Momota's grandparents
An unidentified news reporter,
Makoto, a Danganronpa viewer,
Makoto Naegi and Hajime Hinata from Danganronpa V3's demo,
The audience's voices overlapping with K1-B0's,
Shuichi Saihara's friends,
And Tsumugi Shirogane's various cosplays.
