भगवान परशुराम जी इतने न्यायप्रिय थे कि उनके आगमन से ही समस्त प्रजा निर्भय हो जाती थी। वह सामाजिक समानता, मानव कल्याण के प्रबल पक्षधर थे। जब-जब आतताइयों ने तप के द्वारा प्राप्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल अधर्मपूर्वक किया, जिससे समस्त मानव जाति उनकी अनीतियों, अन्याय एवं अत्याचारों से दुखी हुई, तब-तब भगवान ने धर्मपूर्वक उन अधर्मियों का नाश किया तथा शाश्वत मानवीय धर्म की स्थापना की। इसलिए भगवान परशुराम जी ने सदैव यह प्रयास किया कि इस शस्त्र एवं शास्त्र के ज्ञान को सुपात्र को प्रदान किया जाए ताकि धर्म की अभिवृद्धि हो परन्तु जिस प्रकार विश्वासघात से कर्ण ने भगवान परशुराम जी से शिक्षा प्राप्त कर अधर्म के कार्य में दुर्योधन का साथ दिया, इससे इस तथ्य की पुष्टि हो जाती है कि शस्त्र एवं शास्त्र ज्ञान प्रदान करने के जो मापदंड परशुराम जी ने स्थापित किए, वे कितने प्रमाणिक थे...
