STOP CALLING IT BOKEH! YOU'RE GETTING IT WRONG! What is the difference between background blur and bokeh? Well background blur is what happens when you have a shallow aperture. Bokeh is the quality or characteristics of that blur. There you go. You are now smarter than half the people who use the term. Congrats!
