Katla ek mitha pani ka fish hote hai khane me bahat achhe lagte he. Ye fish curry jadatar rice ke sath khane me achhe lagte hain. Bahat simple recipe hain aap isko easily bana shakhte hain. Aise fish curry banayenge to bachhe bade sabko pasand ayega.

Ingredients.....

1- 5 pieces katla fish.
2- 2 medium size potatoes.
3- 1 medium size tomato.
4- 5 to 6 green chillies.
5- Salt as per test.
6- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
7- 5 gr. ginger.
8- 2 bay leaves.
9- 1/2 tsp onion seeds.
10- 1 tsp coriander powder.
11- 1 tsp cumin powder.
12- 1/3 tsp red chilli powder.
13- 1 cup water.
14- 1/2 tsp garam masala.
15- 50 to 60 ml. mustard oil.
