I recently attended a fascinating workshop: Tea & Seasonality at the @japanhousela

As someone deeply passionate about tea and its role in mindfulness, like Kalika, they always seek new learning experiences.

They explored how the entire lifecycle of Japanese tea - from growth to preparation - harmonizes with nature's rhythms.

The workshop was especially timely, introducing warming tea flavors perfect for welcoming the New Year.

Guests also were able to bring a piece of this experience home, we received a tea packet of Hojicha similar to the ones we explored in the session, perfect for sharing with friends.

The workshop was expertly led by Tsubasa Sano of Engawa Kissa, a renowned Japanese Tea Instructor.

Tsubasa is part of an exclusive group that holds this prestigious title, a testament to their extensive knowledge and skill in the field of Japanese tea. Operating under the name “Engawa Kissa,” Tsubasa brings this unique tea experience around LA through a traveling café.
