Coming to you from the best walls in Baltimore! We're at Graffiti Alley showing you how to work on your stick skills, using only one hand. Here's the workout:

1. One-handed top hand (right x left): 20 reps each
2. One-handed bottom hand (right x left): 20 reps each
3. One-handed side arm (right x left): 20 reps each
4. One-handed underhand (right x left): 20 reps each
5. One-handed off the ground (right x left): 20 reps each
6. One-handed BTB's (right x left): 20 reps each
7. One handed top hand quick sticks (right x left): 20 reps each

I drop edits every Wednesday and Friday. On weekends, I play lacrosse for the New York Lizards and Team USA. I do other stuff, too. Check out the links for more.
