Ingredients and method 

For chicken Manchurian 

Chicken Boneless cubes 250grams.

Salt 3/4th tsp.

White pepper powder 3/4th tsp.

Egg 1/2 beaten

All purpose flour 1 Tbsp.

Mix and deep or shallow dry.

No need for marination. 

In separate pan add 1/4th cup oil.

Garlic paste 1 tsp.

Saute.

Tomato puree of 1 big tomato. 

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 

Sugar 1 tsp.

Black pepper 1/2 tsp.

Salt 1 pinch as all the sauces added later will make it salty. 

Tomato ketchup 2 Tbsps. 

Chilli garlic sauce 3 Tbsps.

Worcestershire suace 1 Tbsp, you replace it with simple soya sauce .

Dark sauce 1 tsp optional just to get restaurant like look.

 Cook for few seconds. 

Add cornflour slurry which I made by adding 1 tsp cornflour in 1/3rd cup of water ,you can add more water if needed.

Add friesd chicken.

Add spring onions 2 to 3 Tbsps.

Oil 2 Tbsps.

Egg 1 beaten.

Cook and add vegetables. 

Stirr fry.

Add boiled rice. 

Salt 1 pinch.

Black pepper 1/2 tsp.

Add spring onion .

Mix a

On high flame for few seconds. 

Serve with Chicken Manchurian .
