In Enterprise Manager, you can create Dynamic Runbooks to encapsulate your best practice procedures in the form of steps that your ITOps teams can execute inside Enterprise Manager in context of an incident. To use Dynamic Runbooks, you run a Runbook Session against a metric, choose a Dynamic Runbook, and then follow the steps in the runbook.
