Netgear WiFi Extender Setup Without Website or Computer

How to set up the Netgear WiFi Extender without using a computer or pulling up a website. When I got our Netgear WiFi Extender, I wasted almost and hour trying to configure it by trying to follow Netgear's instructions and attempting to log on to their setup website, entering an IP address, connecting to the extender WLAN....all without success. Instead, I followed the steps in the video and had it setup in about three minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: most of the questions I get involve those with routers that don't have WPS buttons, or those who have non-Netgear routers. In these instances, you may have to upgrade your router and/or purchase a Netgear router to have compatibility with your Netgear extenders.
