Carousel Cuff | Kandi Tutorial

As you can probably tell, things are a little hectic this month! Wanted to make sure I got this tutorial up for y'all, so please forgive the lack of fanciness :P

Also as a note on this style of cuff, you can also make these with only one layer of spikes and it is still called a carousel cuff! I like the double row of spikes/vertical lines better, so that's what I covered here.
