[Quick build] Build my $1500 PC upgrades (finally)

Straight to the point, I just built my new upgrades (the vid was not supposed to be here but I recorded and got it edited so why not)
Probably not the best in the price maybe?

common Q: At that price why not spend less on CPU and get a 4070?
A: I'm on CPU demands

CPU: Core i7 13700F (original plan was 14700F but I'm out of luck, it's out of stock by my time to the shop)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 64gb (2x32) DDR4 3600MHz
GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB

Motherboard: B760M AORUS Elite DDR4
SSD1: Team MP44L 500GB M.2 PCIe 4.0 (main C drive)
SSD2: Kingston NV2 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0
HDD1: Seagate Barracuda 7200 1TB 64MB cache (reused from old setup)
HDD2: WD Black 7200 2TB 64MB cache (reused from old setup)
Casing: DeepCool CH360 Digital (not in the plan at first but now I have to)
AIO: DeepCool LT520 240mm
Power Supply: Cooler Master G650M 650W (I calculated my components carefully in the plan (~490W max) to seek every chance to reuse this PSU which could save me a lot, and guarantees it won't be overloaded) (reused from old setup)

Total brand new parts cost: 38.078.000vnđ = ~$1500
Total est. value: = ~$1850 (include reused parts)

Not made in Vietnam, but built in Vietnam
