Andrew Neil: Labour's lead 'baked in' and public has 'run out of patience' with Tories

Broadcaster Andrew Neil has warned that the Conservative party is heading for electoral disaster.

Mr Neil, who is chairman of the right-wing magazine The Spectator, said Prime Minister RIshi Sunak is a "decent man" but "doesn't seem to be that great a politician".
