1350BHP TEAM RUHLE RACING R30T MK2 GOLF - 8.70 @ 173mph

Team Ruhle Racing were at the Doorslammers event at Santa Pod Raceway, competing in the 6cyl class, in their R30 Turbo Mk2 Golf, running 4 motion and a Quaife 5 speed sequential gearbox. With about 3 bar of boost from the Garrett GTX45 turbo, it pushes out 1350-1300 bhp/nm, all controlled from the EMTron Australia ECU. On the last run, that was a little too much for the box, and 4th gear let go, ending their racing for the Weekend. They will head back home to Germany to get it rebuilt, and hopefully we will see those times drop even further in 2022.
